    I signed a lease for a year and did not make it the full year because this place is so bad. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the rooftop pool and convenient location. I've seen motels better than this place. If you want to live in a broken down frat house, this is your place! Hallways are gross, not uncommon to find vomit in the lobby, hallways, or outside on the steps. They recently redid the elevators and they have already been destroyed. Parking is terrible. AirBnB has taken over and Management is well aware and tries to calm you down by blaming it on the earlier management company and promises that "they are working to resolve the AirBnB issue". My hallway had 2 new AirBnB apartments pop up over the last month under this management even though "their new lease prohibits AirBnB". The washer/dryer in your apartment is a joke. It is an "all in one" washer/dryer and takes 4 hours to wash/dry something. Good luck using the downstairs washers and dryers - the multiple maid services hired by the apartment complex and AirBnB renters take those over and will leave clothes overnight/move your clothes when they aren't dry. Jennifer might be the worst and has no clue how to run/lease a property. She's too busy on Facebook - James at least tries. Just save yourself from a nightmare and don't sign a lease here.

    There is new owner and management at this apartment complex. I have lived here for 7 years, thru very good times and very bad times (with previous owner / management). I am looking forward to keeping you posted on how the new owner / management team is. Update will be coming as soon as the new management has settled in. Hoping they are better then the last management company! They were a NIGHTMARE!

    Apartment building is way over priced compared to similar apartments in the area. The building has been renovated but doesn't have central air and heating. Management isn't able to lease out units so they've listed many of their units on various hotel websites and airbnb which has turned the building into a hotel. Management also doesn't enforce parking for the people that actually live there. Do yourself a favor and lease from another apartment building.

    Great place to live downtown. My studio is ideal for me, and the renovated design rocks!

    Lease a parking lot, charge tenants a few more bucks a month for guaranteed parking. Eliminate cigarette smoking from being allowed indoors. Replace carpet in hallways. Insulate doors better.
