As a new resident I am impressed with the all the staff. Friendly, competent, ready to assist your needs. I use a walker and always find parking close to my apt. Landscaping is best of any apartment complex in this area, I can't wait to see it in the spring. Convenient location to town, shopping, entertainment and dining. Competitive lease rates for area. Highly recommend you to come see.

I enjoyed my time at The Grove. The rent was about what you would expect to pay on that side of Nashville and the convenience of having Vanderbilt, Nashville, West End, etc. nearby was very nice. The apartments are located along a generally quiet street that is well maintained and tree-lined. The are, despite backing up against 44, is pretty quiet. The "workout room" is really just that - a room. If working out in a state of the art gym with room to move is your thing then you won't find that here. The few pieces they have are adequate but not much room to move or get your own little "space". The pools were nice and always popular. The ground were kept up well and it was an attractive place to drive in and out of.
The best part though was the silence. Yes, you heard me, silence. Maybe we were lucky but in the 4 years we lived there we NEVER heard a single neighbor on any side of us. Miracle? Maybe they just built them better back when these were constructed - who knows? But it was great!
On the negative side our windows were near impossible to open. Once the window was open it took a herculean effort to close it. Except for once - when the wind managed to blow it shut and shattered it in the process. But the complex was cool and replaced the window panes without any arguments or hassle. Another negative was the parking around some sections. Where we lived (front of complex) it was awful. Too many cars - too few spaces. Old story. On other parts of the complex there were spaces unused for months on end. Luck of the draw.
The Grove was a good experience though and I would live there again anytime. Great staff, great location, decent amenities and appliances, and peace and quiet. Really asking anything more of apartment living is asking too much.
