    I love the apartment as a whole. Apartment is really nice and very well maintained. Maintenance staff is excellent and extremely friendly. Front office staff could use a lot of work. The manager is great and I love dealing with him, the other 2 that are usually there are very rude and act as if they can do no wrong. Upon move in, we were not given our packet with contract, information, etc.. I went to the office to simply ask for a copy of the contract and got it from one worker. Got a call about 30 minutes later from our leasing agent stating that she knew that she had given us everything and that we had lost it and it was our responsibility. She never admitted that she could have been at fault. I wrote that off as she may have been having a bad day, but she has had 2-3 more of those incidents since. I would love to talk to management about if you guys get this and have a few minutes.

    Too much construction in my building. The construction and noise started in October. It is the end of January and is stlll ongoing. I believe this work could have been done much quicker. It is very loud and too many people around constantly

    Cons: Moved out because of a spider problem/infestation that was never resolved. The dryers in the laundry room never worked, either. The apartments are tiny considering what you pay for them. Traffic on Old Hickory can be an issue depending on the time of day. Pros: Excellent maintenance staff. Ample parking. Quiet.

    I've had a couple days were workers are knocking walls and ripping out furniture in adjacent apartments early in the morning. I understand this needs to be done but ideally this wouldn't start until a bit later in the day.

    With the renovations, the Knolls became less desirable to live in. I did not have access to my balcony for nearly two months. Work crews started as early as 7:30 and worked until after 5pm. Being woken up by work crews and having to hear them as you are having dinner time conversation was not pleasant. The only compensation received was a $50.00 credit - for months of inconvenience.
