Ive lived here for 5 years and have nothing but great things to say. Responsive staff, nice upkeep of the grounds, fast response to any maintenance issues. Ive lived in a one bedroom and a 2 bedroom, both lovely. Right off the interstate, so an easy commute for me, working downtown. Also, Nashville West is right around the corner. Rent is very reasonably priced for the area. Highly recommended!

When I first moved here it seemed okay. But since I moved here I put my floor mats to my vehicle which was being detailed on my patio that morning that evening I removed them. They was put in my vehicle after being detailed and I called and told them that. They never got back with me. Charged me $25 They took pictures. Well I've also took pictures. There's a carpet roll that has been laying in front of my patio for 3 weeks the laundry facility is disgusting there's rat feces trash it is extremely difficult to wash your clothes 400 units and only 3 washers and dryers working. I asked them about it I was told by the manager that they was not responsible for the amenities only the dwelling and they advertise amenities they don't have a good laundry facility. Made no attempts in the last 2 months. If you decide to rent here I suggest taking a tour of all the property. Also when I moved here I told them that my sliding door the right side you couldn't see out of it it was faded. Told me they would get on it that was in May. Also there's a dog waste trash can in front of my patio that went for two weeks and did not get picked up so they threw the bags on the ground.

SUPER HIGH ELECTRIC BILLS / NO INSULATIONTLDR: SEE PROS/CONSWhat you see in the pics is actually not too far off from how it really looks except the floors are poorly installed vinyl and not hardwood. This allows dirt and grime to get stuck behind them in places like the kitchen and bathroom making it impossible to clean. Anyways...I will say the community is nice, quiet, and pet friendly but the one thing you will regret that you're probably not thinking about is your NES bill. What you wont see in the pics are how BADLY the units are insulated. The apt doors (incl. patios/deck) are OLD with ABSOLUTELY NO WEATHER STRIPS so in the winter all that heat that you're trying to warm your apt with is going STRAIGHT out the cracks. You can put your hand near them and feel your NES bill increasing by the second as your old AC struggles to heat your holy apt - I can literally see light under my door. My NES bill got as high as $240 this past Jan in my 650 sqft unit. If you think Im lying. Move in. I had to use a space heater for the rest of the winter.Also theyre throwing up another apt complex on the access road drive as I write this. Cabot Dr is a skinny two lane road with no main road exits on either end for about two miles. When those apartments get built TRAFFIC is going to be insanePROSNice, quiet, pet-friendly neighborhoodAffordable RentDowntown commute not too badTons of shopping within 3 miles radius.Friendly leasing officeCONSOld APTHIGH electric bills/NO insulation (I cannot make this up, if you think I'm exaggerating see for yourself)Lots of Bugs in the house (Huge brown spiders come through cracks, daily earwigs - pile up in light fixtures)Poor roadsMaintenance Team unresponsive - Either mgmt/leasing is lying or they are insubordinate. I put in a request for weather strips in Jan 11, 2018 and as of the date of this review nothing has been done. I've followed up in person and via email 5+ times)

The office staff is friendly and seems to work to ensure our needs are met. However, the maintenance crew is either overwhelmed or lazy. We've been living here 2 years and maintenance response time and the results of there work continues to get worse. To date, we've reported low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom and a crack in the ceiling of the master bedroom. The crack has been there for months and its been over a week on the water pressure.

The apartment had very uneven floors, doorways were all slanted and doors would not stay open. Flooring had nails sticking out of it. Kitchen lighting went out multiple times throughout the year we were there. Staff were easy to get a hold of. However any maintenance requests required multiple reminders before anything was done. The glass in the recreation area should be covered or given an opaque tint so that people exercising are not on display for the office staff or anyone who goes in.
