I love our place, but it's not a good value for the money. The rent is overpriced and we're surrounded by rude Read More and obnoxious college students. I have many nitpicky concerns as well, but those are my main issues. The building outside of my window, across the street- not part of our property was recently demolished and I'm sure this is going to lead to annoying, loud construction in the near future. This is not something our property owners can control, but annoying none the less.

I'm happy to hear you love your apartment and I would like to speak with you to see what you think we could do to improve the value of your rent. There is definitely a lot of new construction being completed around Nashville. However, I'm optimistic the construction noise will be minimal as the blasting was completed a few months back.Please reach out to me regarding the negative interactions you've had with students.
Village was very disorganized. They ended up charging us fees for payments we had already made. They neglected Read More to inform us of overpaying our rent one month. I'd like to say they were profiteers looking out for their own self interest, but they really are just that unorganized. On top of that, the hallways always smell like garbage - literally (garbage is left in hallways for removal). The lighting of the apartments is horrible and the AC/heat does not function throughout the apartment.

Lived here for 1 year, overall customer service is poor. They are more interested in acquiring new residents t Read Morehan caring for concerns of existing ones. Front office staff and maintenance crew handled a water leak and resulting mold issue very unprofessionally. I reported the growing ceiling stain several times before water finally started dripping into the apartment. Clearly visible mold was cut out of the ceiling, yet they insisted it was not actually mold and just water spots.

The only drawback is the price. Else location is great. Maintenance people can get me out of any problem anyt Read Moreime. I know some people that live in other places that have ran into big issues with their landlords when something needs repairs. Other landlords do not seem to be used to performing repairs and do not know what to do when trouble arises. Here at the Village maintenance is common practice.
