Staff is unprofessional! It has changed since I left but still can not get anyone to call me back and there is no one in the office during normal business hrs. I emailed after I finally got a response from my review and they failed to call me back or respond to my emails. 4 months later and noone can tell me why I received my deposit Refund late and no explanation on what I charged for.

Resident from 02/2013 to 09/2017. In a nutshell, I was satisfied with my stay. Don't regret a thing. I'd have never moved if I hadn't found a deal elsewhere that was too good to pass up.Pros:Nice location if you want to be close to dining/shopping, especially now with the new mall coming in. I did love having Kroger and Publix so close. If you work in Brentwood as I did, traffic isn't nearly as bad as it is if you're coming in from the other way. It's a gated community, which is nice. When we had maintenance issues, they were generally pretty quick to respond. I liked that they had a trash compactor on the premises, easy garbage disposal... also pleased with the trash pickup service. I found management pleasant to deal with, and fair.Cons:While this is a gated community, the gate is out of service more often than I'd have liked. People try to sneak in, and hit either the gate arm (which is almost always down), or the gate itself (*usually* get that fixed pretty quick). That's another thing I wasn't crazy about, it's very easy to sneak in, especially when the arm is out of service. Let's see... I can't say anything good or bad about the pool or the fitness center, since I never used those. The only other complaint I have, I guess, would be the price. I started out paying in the neighborhood of $850 per month for a one bedroom, but eventually that crept up to about $1050. Among other personal issues which sweetened the deal, that was the main reason I ended up moving... although, that may be reasonable in this area. Just more than I'm comfortable paying.
