Chapman's Retreat

I think I would be very interested in living here but I haven't gotten the response that I am waiting on from the facility. I was informed about a 3bdrm property but I needed to know when the next 2bdrm will be available.

People don't know how to use dumpsters for trash, they just throw it on the ground. Use to be a lot better.

Very quiet neighborhood. I as a single mother with a toddler feel extremely safe here. I do wish the playground was a bit larger with a few more options. Or to know if we had access to the schools playground. Very kid friendly! The repair staff is quick and efficient. And since we are off site we do not have a gym or club house. Which I truly wish we had a gym at the Townhomes.

Maintenance is HORRIBLE. They clearly do not want to fix anything. I have waited 3 months for them to come check my electric issues with my air conditioning unit. The paint on the walls comes off with a simple clothe and water.

Great community and management team. Always prompt response times from the management teams with positivity! We love the size of the town homes and the area. Would recommend!

I don't like being giving the runaround. It doesn't take so many days for a declination. Then you wanna say you been off the last few days when you was initially replying, while you was off. Plus $2300 is a lot for a townhome community with no amenities but a pool so Ig it worked out. Be that as it may, a decline doesn't mean avoid the person when prior to you was hell bent on being so helpful then stop responding to emails and such. You knew then. And to claim you didn't know the reason was a lie too, because everyone knows yall always know. Either way, I coulda provided proof for the reason, but yea your whole demeanor changed which tells me, it was all about the money that woulda been gained. Hopefully, they don't take too long sending my admin fee back.
