Love the staff. Love the apartments in general. Noisy neighbors playing loud music into the late hours of the night a lot. And people not picking up their pet waste despite there being pet areas with facility supplied baggies. Some people also leave their pets on their balcony to continuously bark even late at night. Otherwise I love living here.

The one BIG problem is that it is an older property with not enough storage. With the Baby Boomers getting older downsizing from houses, little extra shelving helps. Need to have car stickers with the property ID on it. Suggest that each unit be allowed 1 close space any additional vehicles required to park elsewhere.

Nothing has worked since we moved in. Pool is padlocked, spa never has worked in 8 mos. Walls are paper thin.

Great place to live with kids, as it is very family friendly. Love the school district, and great sense of community from our neighbors. I have never experienced this from any other apartment complex, or housing neighborhood we have lived in.
