This property management company does not take care of residents. Grounds are poorly maintained and maintenan Read Morece staff is not properly trained to take care of issues. Expect frequent power outages that will cause alarms to be tripped. Also expect no one to bother silencing or resetting those alarms for multiple days which is a code violation as well as disturbing to tenants. Maintenance requests may take weeks to be resolved or be resolved but reoccur as the underlying cause is not fixed unless you insist upon a second or third visit. I personally had my a/c stop working three weekends in a row and had to demand that they stop solving with the short term fix and actually solve the problem (water backing up in the lines tripping the shut off switch). While the apartments are nice, I would not recommend due to the issues with overall maintenance and problem resolution.

WORST APARTMENTS EVER. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOU. Please do not lease here you will regret it. Read More The manager, Shelley, does not respond to any tenant issues. It takes up to a week or more to get a response from any email sent to Shelley and that is only if she chooses to respond. She is the worst manager I have ever dealt with. In most cases, you have to send several emails complaining just to get a patronizing response while they do nothing to remedy any issues. MAJOR MAJOR COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION began several months ago without any notice from management. The construction is about 20-30 ft right outside the front door of building. Basically living in a major construction zone. The dog park was moved to a vacant pasture (not even sodded) at the end of the complex. VERY LOUD machinery and equipment is used every day making the units uninhabitable. You cannot even hear the television much less carry on a phone conversation. Your unit will feel and sound like a construction zone. No one cares, no discount was offered or anything. The construction occurs seven days a week and begins between 6 and 7:00 am and many days goes until after 9:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays are horrible with loud noise all day long. The only thing management has done is inform me that they are allowed to work all day seven days a week.... that hardly seems reasonable or even legal regarding construction in front of a residential building. The Watters Creek retail developers have not made any attempt to limit the disruption or noise or any consideration whatsoever regarding tenants rights and quality of life. The noise is so loud it will drive you to INSANITY. The fact management does not care at all or made any accommodations for tenants' quality of life serves as a measure of how much they care about you.

Horrible - living in sewage!!! Can't I just give 0 stars?!?!?!
I've been here for less than a year Read More and have put up with the noise outside, the noise inside, and the filth of living in a retail environment...but this is the last straw....in under a year, I've experienced 3 plumbing issues. One was water seeping out from under my fridge in my kitchen. That ended up being a leak from above. The last two were in the past month....again the apartment above me had a water line back up and it rained in my unit. I was out of town so this wasn't detected until my smoke alarm started going off. The ceiling has yet to be fixed. Then this past weekend, the sink in my bathroom backed up - filled with black sewage...this overflowed into the cabinets and drawers. Again - I wasn't home when this happened so I found this upon my return home Sunday night. My bathroom stuff was ruined - it sat in sewage!!! I was told that my bathroom would be professionally cleaned first thing Monday morning. At 10, I went to the office and they had no idea of the issue. The cleaners did arrive at 11 and did a good job. They took all of my belongings. Today, I reached back out because the drawers were so damaged they don't fit in the cabinets anymore - again, this was news to them. However, I was informed that I needed to file a claim for my personal belongings because they were not going to reimburse me for them. They know they have huge plumbing issues. When I called Sunday night I was actually 2nd in line because another unit was also having the same issues. They are doing nothing to fix this. So, if you want to live in sewage and pay a ridiculous monthly rent rate (over $2200), then this is the pace for you!
