I was in a domestic violence situation that made me have to leave & the abuser stayed well they put it on my record I’ve tried to see if they can negotiate an amount with me so I can pay it to get it off my credit report so I can buy me & my kid a house & let me tell you they are the most rudest people. & they will not help you out with anything. Worst place to even rent at.

I have lived here for 4 years and we have had a good experience. In the 1st year we had mice but being that there are fields all around it was understandable. Maintenance came out quickly to close all the holes and then we no longer had problems. I gotta say that maintenance has always been on point! They are all terrific!👏👏👏 The neighborhood has been quiet. It’s a far drive from the city but for the price you save a lot more money.

Great place to raise a family I moved in 5 months ago and I love how peaceful if it The ladies at the office are very friendly and understanding of most situations. Maintenance is very fast and professional But I feel like they are probably underpaid for how fast the service is, for example I'll report an issue and the guy shows up in less than 10 mins But all around it's very nice

Spent 2 years here Great place to live especially if you like peace and quiet, neighborhood is generally nice and everyone minds their own business. The managers of the complex are very nice and generous with their coupons from time to time and for that I am also thankful. But who I would give light to are the maintenance guys, they get the job done and very professional about it too.

The houses were great. They served our purpose. Shantha is awesome. Melana is a terrible manager, and the owner of the whole complex doesn't even live in Texas. He owns SEVERAL rental neighborhoods, and doesn't give a damn about the people living in them. When trying to get our deposit back, they wouldn't give it to us because we didn't paint the house back. We NEVER painted the house, the home was in the same condition as we'd received it. For the price the owner is asking for it, it's not worth it. Find something else. Great neighborhood, safe, family friendly -- however, an ice cream truck drives through after hours in the evening and in thunderstorms. This caused a great deal of concern, as children are usually going to bed at 8pm.

Highland Park Village have the worst ownership I wouldn't recomend you.
