I have encountered a lot of apartments to where the leasing agents don't even answer the phone. The leasing agents are friendly, professional and they sound like they enjoy their job. I like that. I think I will become a resident there.

The staff have always gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service. That is my main reason for staying at Bardin Oaks.

A lot of section 8 residents with an upscale price tag for a very old property.

The apartments themselves were pretty nice, but I didn't know this apartment complex was Section 8 Housing. The staff did not do a very good job of policing the community. Neighbors were loud, all the time. Kids under 18 were constantly hanging out in common breezeways of buildings they didn't even live in. My 5 year old daughter and I had to walk past a group of 13-16 year old kids that were hanging out on the bottom of my stairs, talking graphically about s-e-x.
