This ain't what Dat is...these folks done put a eviction on Reverend and First Lady....But got them still paying rent and RENT IS UP TO DATE smh...only way they knew about a eviction was checking credit report smgdh..If yall or know of anyone that has got a red note..CHECK YOUR CREDIT report...deez folk ain't been right for a while...don't accept apologies from the office...that's jus a bandaid!! Do sumn ..have a voice..I cut several families hair in the apts...trust me I've heard from more than half the complex...my mom stayed there 10 years before closing on another house...I've been in out cutting hair there for 12years. Ms. Lois.... Ms. Neicy and others have got together to form and consult legal measures...join um!

Please stay away from this location. I've had the worse experience. I was in a one bedroom apartment that was shifting and infested with roaches. Then I moved into to a 2 bedroom with hot water issues constantly. Pool has been closed for over a year- but we have to pay amenities and there was no wash room. Forced to pay for valet trash. Forced to pay for internet (check your bills.... because you may have another service and they won't refund you). forced to pay for non working cameras that's been out for over a year. I can't make this stuff up. That's not fair to anyone. Management is constantly changing. THAT'S A SIGN. No security at this property- no hot water- now I've vacated and have proof of vacated date- video of the last day I vacated- they owe me a refund and the new management team is saying I owe them over$1000 dollars. I wasn't even in the apartment on the dates that their system is showing. Cassandra at the front desk is not great at Customer service or listening. I have a print out that was provided to me from the last team in case a situation like this occurred. All I'm being told is "my system says you owe". Idc about a new system with dates and information that you all place in there. I'm waiting on my refund and I would love a call from a supervisor IMMEDIATELY IN REGARDS. my credit will not be messed up because of new management and a system with incorrect information. I'm also waiting on my refund as well.

Moved In Everything In The Apartment Was Not Ready Had A lot Of Stuff Messed Up And When You Go To Office With A Concern The Little Girl In Front Have A An Attitude And Say You Having One With Her And You Have Stuff Messed Up In Your Apartment And You Wanna Make A Work Order To Get Done They Believe What The Property Staff Say And I Was Also Told That The Maria They Fired Was Stealing People Money Order And It Took Them A Whole Month To Get My Stuff Fix And Don’t Call They Gonna Always Make The Phone Ring Like They Super Busy And They Anit I Wouldn’t Recommend These Apartments To Nobody

The office is very unproductive. They don't fix things in a timely manner. They will always give you the run around. Look somewhere else to move.

Staff was great greeting me. Love the apartment. Need to properly investigate your rent payments before putting threatening letters on your door. Been here three months still haven't gotten my rent payment solved. Desperately need exterminator.
