The Enclave At Arlington

Nothing luxury about these "luxury" apartments. They are still pretty nice but they are starting to show their age. Biggest pet peeve is the shower. When I set my shower to the middle temp setting, it can suddenly change to BOILING HOT then FREEZING COLD without me even touching the knob. Second biggest pet peeve is the "cruise ship horn" noise that happens when you turn the hot water on in the sink. Try them both for yourself when you tour before you sign a lease.

The office staff, maintenance, landscaping & location have been excellent.

They replied to my review just to delete my review so here it is again. If you or someone you know is thinking about renting at the enclave of Arlington, don't. It's not worth renting here. The gym has been out for months, no jacuzzi as advertised, both of the pools are out and never cleaned properly, tree branches are falling all over the place because the trees are disease and dead, (one almost hit me as i was walking) roaches, mosquitos(standing water around the property) gates are constantly breaking down, no security as advertised, maintenance is poorly trained and can't fix a simple leak, they lie to the office and say things have been fixed but never was, traffic is horrible with only 1 entrance on GameDay, gutters are clogged because they don't maintain them, flood drains are clogged, fountains rarely work and they just raised the rent hundreds of dollars. I could go on, but I'll save it for another day.

Excellent service, the apartment was delivered to me impeccably, the place is very quiet and I love being close to the stadiums, I can enjoy the events just around the corner

The grounds are not taken care of. Requests that require actual work take forever to get done. Many months dealing with hot water issues, but they still got my rent on time. Close to a lot of places, but not worth the constant lack of care for the place. Husband had a branch fall off a tree and almost hit him. No one cared. The branch stayed in the walk way for several days and then they moved it to the side and cut it up to dispose of it. The fountain is always broken and encourages the mosquitos. Requires a 60 day move out notice. Can't seem to get the roach problem under control in my building. My place is clean, but they come out the vents. Staff in the office are friendly but the maintenance is not. Unless you absolutely have to, don't rent here.

I moved in two months ago. So far I’m very pleased with this property. The staff and maintenance team are quick to resolve all issues. Just like at all properties there are tow trucks looking for violators . That should not be a surprise to anyone who has lived in an apartment complex. It’s a pet friendly property with poopie bag stations. Two beautiful pools, fitness center and plenty of visitor parking spots. This property is located in the heart of Arlington. Easy access to Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers stadiums. Lots of bars and restaurants. I’m happy to live here. Welcome to Enclave ❤️

If you want to live here be prepared for dogs that roam free and poop everywhere, a tow truck that circles every night looking for any infractions to tow, and there is constantly a problem of your vehicle being broken into. I have seen 5 cars over the course of three weeks be broken into and all were in the same general area so it should’ve been fixed. Cars get towed without any attempt to contact the resident for parking over the white line. Office staff are helpful and the pool is very average. Great location for Arlington. Inside of apartments are old.

Just don't rent here. They pretend to be nice but are some of the worst people you would ever want handling the things where you live. Darla is actually nice, but Melissa and Tamara are some vile people.

Dont live here if you want your car broken into, My wifes purse was stolen out of her car lastnight. Apparently it has happened to other tenants aswell and seems like this is a frequent occurence. Security guard at night just sits in the shack with his feet kicked up and on his phone.

Outstanding and efficient maintenance team, very friendly front office staff and security guards on watch most of the time. The improvements I've seen since moving in back in 2014 have made a huge impact, particularly in the weight room. Proud to call myself a resident. Big things coming to the Entertainment District in 2018 :)
