    The management here really cares about this community. They are not afraid to invest in things to make it better (painting all the buildings, additions to the pools, painting the parking lots, keeping the grass mowed). Many places do not have that kind of pride in their properties.

    I lived there in 2008 and the one thing I remember was the shower. It would not stay a consistent temperature. It would go from warm, cold and then super hot in less than 5 minutes. They did come out and fix it a couple of times, but it was never fixed. Otherwise, I enjoyed living at this property. I have not lived there in a long time, so there may have been changes.

    Rental rates do not fit with apartment size. A 500 square foot apartment isn't worth $625.00 a month and still having to pay for water, trash and gas on top of that. There is only swimming pools for amenities. Not a good value for the space/ size of the smallest one bedroom offered.
