Do not waste your money here. I cannot wait to get out of my lease! I wish I would have heeded the bad reviews before moving here because it honestly isn't worth the money. The complex honestly tries to get money out of you anyway they can from the $80 tech amenity package they made everyone opt into, to the overly strict valet trash policy that has nothing to do with keeping the complex clean, and the fee that they charge if you leave your packages up front(what about if you go out of town?). The worst of it is the predatory towing agreement they have with local towing companies(which I'm pretty sure is illegal). Since being here the complex has changed their visitor/guest towing policy three times making it overly difficult for residents to keep up with. The worst case was this past Friday when I had to get a loaner car because my car was in the shop and I did everything in my power to keep from being towed including:1.calling the office 2 times before parking to find out what the new protocol was (Of course no one answered.They never do.)2.Stopping by the office (Of course no one was there) 3. Going through my email and finding the registration link for visitors and registering my car. Guess what! I was still towed! Apparently there is a new policy that not only do you have to register but you ALSO have to be parked in designated visitors parking. My question is if you are a resident with a loaner car and there are no visitor parking spots what are you supposed to do? No instruction was given on this and no one was available to ask. In fact, after being towed it was nearly impossible to get in touch with management and the woman I did talk to was very nasty (as I suspect the response to this review will be) and dismissive.She asked me if when I called if I had left a voicemail! HA! I had to pay $180 to get my car out of towing after parking in front of my own apartment and attempting to follow all rules to the best of my abilities.

Staff is amazing and always willing to help with any issue Ive come across. Maintenance is responsive and professional, getting the job done as soon as that can.

The community has gone down hill, likely due to change in management or lack thereof. Property maintenance and upkeep needs improvement. Dog poop everywhere. Safety and security issues not addressed promptly. Inability to implement better security and safety features around the complex. Ongoing lack of parking. Management does not enforce rules or address issues with resident non-compliance.

Amazing amenities, incredible walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater etc. and a 12 dollar UBER to downtown. that factored in with a well-kept community make Agave a great place to be.

We recently visited some close friends. Their staff is attentive and welcoming, the property is gorgeous and you can't beat the location. Their pool and gym are also stunning. I loved my experience and will 100% come back.
