    It's a bit annoying that these yards were built out of nowhere and that you're being so strict with lights, and towels hanging over our rails, etc. I get that you don't want trash and weird things on porches, but I think you could be a little bit more lenient with most stuff. I will say, the new managment is much better than the last tho.

    When the company was being taken over the new staff was very rude and our paperwork was wrong. They made it seem like it was our fault when they had poor organization. Not welcoming staff.
