Gables @ Central Park is amazing. The apartments are spacious and set up so that it feels like you're in a home, not an apartment. The staff is great, always responsive and eager to help or just to chat. The maintenance crew is great as well, very quick and they always leave the apartment clean (no boot prints, no dust, etc.). The proximity of the park is beyond perfect, whether for morning runs or for walking your dogs in the evening. Definitely a place worth living at!

This apartment complex is a pleasure to live in. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have a gorgeous park view that is my refuge after a long day at work. I do not own a car so having Central Market in my backyard is a luxury. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone that wants to feel at peace when they come home.

I have really enjoyed living at Gables Central Park for the last year. I love the community aesthetic, and I find the units to be comfortable and unassuming. Management is available and responsive, as is the maintenance staff. The location is truly superb, with Central Market a scant three minute walk through the park. The only thing to be aware of is that the noise from the street can be significant in the units along 38th street. We have mostly gotten used to it, but make sure it's not going to bother you too much before you move in.

Central Park is right outside our back gate which has a great walking-jogging track and is a favorite for walking your pets. In addition, Central Market is within walking distance on the other side of the park.
