Dog Policy: 100 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. Restrictions: The following breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Spitz and Akita. We welcome 2 domestic pets per apartment home. There is a $200 pet deposit and $150 non-refundable fee per pet. The pet rent is $10 per month per pet.

The Indigo Apartments are located in the most ideal location. Thier located to almost everything and the manag Read Moreement is super nice. Andre has to be my favorite. He's very nice, personable, and humble. The customer service is top notch and the resident events look like thier so much fun. I love it here! Maintenance is very fast and efficient and the grounds are very well kept. The only thing I would say that would need improvement would be the gas grills. Maybe putting new propane tanks? When we go barbecue the grills sometimes don't always work. I see my husband always trying to light one side of the grill for like 10 minutes. Also, the tire pump station could use a little TLC, I tried to pump my tires on my bike there and they weren't working. It's no biggie, but it would be nice to have that handy.

Excessive charges for cleaning expectations upon move-out Problem: We sublet a unit from the apartment complex Read More and when we moved in we spoke with Christi, who was then assistant manager about the condition of the carpets, we were "told" that she knew the condition. When we moved out in March we received a bill for carpet replacement, even though they discussed this when we moved in. She is now the manager of the complex and could do something about it and feels like we made the choice to move into the apartment in that condition so we are liable for it. That is my opinion is really shoddy business practice. Desired Outcome: I want them to honor was was spoken when I then spoke to Courtni on the phone after I received the bill she told me on the phone that they would remove the carpet charge, but when I contacted Greystar receivables they were informed by Christi that she was holding us liable for the carpet charge.
