I dont believe I am a good candidate to rate NW at this time. I do believe the location sells itself..but if things dont change it wont matter. There are many beautiful apartments located nearby.

Nalle Woods is a unique development possessed of an appearance unusual to a rental property and backed up by solid construction and quality selections made in fixtures and finishes. Sited in the midst of a green belt and within steps of iconic Pennybacker Bridge, the property provides the sense of hill country solitude while being part of the greater Austin community. Excellent recreational and professional facilities in addition to thoughtful security measures make this an ideal home for all ages.

Overall I think this is a beautiful property and I love living here. While there has been a turnover in managers/staff (staff I thought were awesome - Jane/Michelle) I fee like Becca does a great job. I wish the office staff/manager was a little more friendly and welcoming - not all business like. That's just my .2. Jane and Michelle new residents by name and were very welcoming and sincere.
