I have signed my 3 lease. I am truly happy here. I like my location within the complex, I appreciate my neighbors and the event we just had bringing us all together. The location in the city, the amenities provided and the local shopping no I need. Leasing and maintenance have been consistent in professionalism and I recommend this property to friends.

We're constantly being threatened by with charges of every kind... Almost weekly it feels like. I even got a notice that I was in violation of my lease because I have a pet. I've never had a pet... When I went to talk to them about it, they told me they just distributed some of those notices to people randomly to get residents to come check in with them.... They didn't actually believe I had a pet. That's just one example of how management has changed in the last year.

Promesa is like any typical apartment. Nothing too attractive to make it stand out, and it has the usual hassles all apartments do such as increasing rent, changing management, annoying leasing agents, broken gym equipment, dog junk everywhere, etc. Really nothing to brag about.

Clean, Great Neighbors And Nice Property. The Staff Did Try To Fine Me For Leaving A Spotless Apartment Upon Moving Out Which Was Shady. They Did Lower The Amount After I Inquired About It.

Love living here.. Jimmie and Antonio are awesome! There is also a lot of fun things scheduled often.. I just have a problem with pet owners not being responsible and picking up after their dogs!! UGH!
