- One of my neighbors stalked and bothered a number of the residents including myself - Many of the neighbors Read More were clearly dealing on the property & out of their apartments - My apartment was advertised as a 1 bedroom with a dishwasher, but upon move-in, it had a wall that didn't even reach the ceiling and no washing machine. - Only about 50% of the laundry machines worked. - Water from shower faucet smelled like fish. - Far more to add to this list.

Any illegal activity at our community is simply unacceptable, and we urge our residents to notify us or the police if they witness such behavior. Its a dump. They dont fix things and are rude. There is broken glass everyday and it never gets cleaned up

We're disappointed you feel that way. While we recognize that there's room for improvement, our team works hard to provide a home in the best condition possible, and we strive to address all work orders in a timely manner and try to complete as many as possible on the same day they are submitted. We also have a porter who cleans the parking lot each day. If you'd like to check the status of a particular request, please stop by the leasing office.
The office hours are not conducive for people who work a 9-5 job. Office staff is unwilling to work with resid Read Moreents to resolve issues. There are no emails sent to residents to warn if maintenance will be coming into your apartment. Guest parking is only available if you go into office to grab a parking pass. If you loose that little piece of plastic you owe a $100 fine. Guests will get towed without the pass. The outside of the buildings are deteriorating. Poor laundry facilities.
