One of the worse places I have ever lived!!! Management is rude and disorganized. They have horrible connection skills. Every week it seems like theres an emergency problem and they have to shut the water off for a few hours. They apparently lost my 60 day notice a few days before my move out. Please save yourself the headache and frustration and live somewhere else. The property is horribly maintained. The gutters are so full of leaves it floods onto the walk ways every time it rains

It is ridiculously overpriced for the crime ridden area it is part of. The office staff is completely inept. The improvements they've made to the interior of the apartments looks nice, but comparable to a nice paint job on a junker car. It is still full of bed bugs, rain leaks and structural problems.
