    Hello there! Trey and Lacey here, the landlords at 1206 Arden. We look forward to your interest in living in our house and would love to take this opportunity to inform you further about this wonderful home.
    We've created a natural habitat of sorts on the property, housing two honey-beehives, chickens, a happy, energetic dog, and an old, sweet tortoise on this 1/3 acre of land. You have a privacy gate and fence, however, we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter one of these sweet critters while living on the property.
    We live in the back studio, have our own entrance and will respect your privacy. As both of us are young and busy business owners, you may run into us from time to time, taking caring of the animals, the yard and plants within the property. We will also care for the plants on your back patio (should you choose not to redecorate that area).
    We love our property and thoroughly enjoy this small oasis in our fantastic neighborhood. The house and relaxed neighborhood vibe would be the perfect fit for the right applicant.
    We will pay for internet and gas and will ask permission to enter the house twice a year for water / heater maintenance. We also ask that you do general maintenance with the washer/ dryer and AC (ie new filters, run "clean" cycle).
    We are smitten with this house, our neighborhood and all of the nature in the yard. We hope that you'll find as much joy in them as we do.
