This place is overpriced and horrible. their appliances are from the 60's or 70's, which helps a lot to save money on the power bill!!!. They are several hidden fees in your bill that will keep going up every month without any logical explination. For example, the water will combined with all those bogus fee will be around $90 to $100 A month. They charge for pest control $6 every month, billing fee $3, trash ( Republican service) $12 and some other many fees which makes this complex extremely expensive for what you get. The valet trash is a joke and should be illegal. It is $20 dollars per month not optional, which is ridiculous because the dumpsters are pretty close. Also, their rules are pretty stupid they will only pick up between 6pm and 9pm from Sunday to thursday, so if you have a different schedule, they will get $20 dollars for do nothing. Then, neighbors are a real nightmare. Noise people, who will do anything to bother whoever is around.The police is around every night trying to solve several complains about tenats most of them about their ilegal behavior and activities. You will see the dusmpers floated with trash because the poeple who are in charge of the valet trash are too lazy to walk to the next one. In the past, the office will lease apartments to decent tenants, but today, they will rent to anyone even if the break the law. Next, the staff at lease office, the maintenance people are good and the officer manager is ok. However, this women Crystal is perfect example of rudeness and sarcasm. She will blow out your mind with her attitude and lack of courtesy. Also, she will stand by any bad tenant and justify their bad behavior. The whole place have potential, but management should do what ever takes to keep accoutable their staff members and tenants as well. The prevoius reviews are fabricated by the lease office to cover their bad practices. If you could stay away from this complex, they are several others options out there.

No because I'm over charge for services like trash and water...insane to charge a resident 20 for trash when the dumpster is in walking distance of resident

It is very affordable here and quiet. Personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that there is not enough parking near the building we currently live in. Even all of the covered parking is all utilized.

I have lived on this property for about 6 months, within those 6 months the Boiler room has been out about 4 or 5 times leaving me with no hot water for pretty much most my day. Being a single mom who is working a 40 hour retail job, it becomes very frustrating for my daughter and I. Rent is overrated for a complex that can't seem to fix problems on their property. I was never able to view an apartment before I moved in, learned my lesson. Had outlets that wouldn't even allow you to use. My microwave can not be opened up all the way due to a wall. Trust me, you can find better places to live for the price and service you will get here.
