The Apartments are attractive, the woodwork, paint and landscaping are well kept. Woodsy winding sidewalks take you up to the little building for the mail boxes, or around to the Pool or Apartment Offices, Laundromat or Gym. I enjoy the trees which provide shady walking areas, and a park like feeling, especially nice when you walk your dog. The flowerbeds look pretty and landscapers keep them fresh with flowers of the season. The laundromat, pool and gym are nicely equipped, and kept neat and clean, providing good places to do laundry, exercise and play in the pool. I encourage my friends to consider living here for all these reasons and the excellent location in the community of Bedford.

I enjoy living here so far. My biggest issue is parking. Sometimes I have to park quite a ways from my building, and when you have a one year old in a car seat and a car full of groceries, that can be inconvenient. Thankfully, this is rare. I live on the first floor, so I do hear noise from my upstairs neighbors, but it's not terrible. The apartment itself is very spacious though not a lot of counter space in the kitchen , and I'm very comfortable. The quality and convenience of my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is definitely worth the price. I'm in Phase 1, which is slightly older, but I still love it. Neighbors so far have been very friendly and respectful.

I moved in summer 2016. The property looked ok, it seemed like a good place to start from scratch, and staff seemed nice, but then when I signed my 13 month lease and moved in, it was a different story. Not long after I moved in, I found my first of MANY waterbugs (big cockroaches about an inch in length) in my apartment. I immediately reached out to apartment staff. They apologized and sent pest control out. This has happened almost 10 times now. I spoke with the manager about it and also a work order I had submitted about the boards under my sinks being butchered as if someone had taken a pickaxe to it, she questioned me as if it was my fault there were waterbugs, asking me if I had them previously. I absolutely did NOT have them prior to moving in. I have had a leak under my sink at my little bar since I moved in and have reported the leak countless times because I kept finding waterbugs coming from that area. They couldn't find the leak so I still have a leak that periodically floods part of my floor. What a nightmare. I also have a noisy neighbor upstairs that allows his dog to defecate all over his patio. I can no longer enjoy mine thanks to the smell! I have notified staff. There are no places for children to play, but there is a dog park! Priorities. The complex is not very family friendly. I've had to kick kids out of my hall because I am working from home, getting calls from clients and I cannot hear them due to screaming. The apartments need to invest in places for kids to play, not dogs. What else? Nobody cares about your personal property. I can't begin to tell you how many dings and dents I've had on my car and finally had to get a carport because I've been getting paint chipped off my car. I understand it's an apartment, but come on! Several dings and nicks in one week alone. I had to go buy some stuff from the auto parts store to buffer out the paint marks people were leaving on my car! I do NOT recommend this property.

Staff is very nice and courteous. More speed bumps could be added to certain sections of the apartment roads to help the speeding. Interior cabinets in bathroom and kitchen could use an update for it's age. But love the location
