The staff members are all personable, courteous, and helpful. I specifically wanted a gated community, garage, and some amenities. Even though the amenities were limited, the gated community and garage were a higher priority, and the initial impression of the staff was unforgettable. I enjoyed my stay at Chappell Oaks and the staff made my stay enjoyable. When they say Texas hospitality, the staff members truly made me feel at home. Thank you!!

The area was family friendly. It's was a quiet, the upkeep was always good and clean. The location is great also close to store & restaurants. The living areas were in great condition as well. We enjoyed our stay there.

I loved living here! It was like a little island oasis in the city. It was always very quiet and the staff were always very helpful. Maintenance always responded within a few hours or less! Incredibly impressed by the pool and hottub and all trees around that provide privacy. We never had any issues and the only reason we moved was to have a bit more room and backyard for our dogs! The apartment layouts are incredibly spacious and you have tons of closet space!
