DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This Place is terrible. The staff is nice, however they absolutely will not do their part in making this place livable. Expect your apartment to be above 82* during the day in the summer. My apartment does not reach below 80* until after midnight even after a inside and outside unit replacement. The hot water rarely works, on average I get a warm shower 2 out of my 5 work mornings. There are bugs, and when I moved in one of my windows was shattered with a large hole. Also 2 of my stove top burners haven't worked since I moved in 2 months ago. They charge a premium cost for a new shower head and "new" cabinet doors and what they claim to be new appliances. The front door frame is bare wood with no paint. Also they allow their tenants to smoke cigarettes inside which bleeds in to other apartments. There is a tenant near the dumpster who does not walk their dog, they just let it out on the balcony to pee and poop and the tenant will scrape the poop with a dust pan and empty the poop straight into the dumpster without bagging it. Lastly the floor plans listed online are not accurate as the upstairs apartments do not have a washer and dryer connect like shown on the pictures, but do have a fireplace.

DONT LIVE HERE! the worst experience ever! Hot water never works, they charge ALOT for it too! Office people are nosey! When you pay rent you expect to be left alone and expect to have whomever you want go over whenever you want but that's not how it works here! They are always watching you!!!

River glen is not attentive to the residents needs and the apts are in very bad condition and the maintenance team is lazy, doing half job on the repairs
