Thank you for your feedback! We do send out lease violations to those that we can prove it was their pet and assign fines as needed. If our residents can help us out to since we are not around 24/7 that would be greatly appreciated! Is there anything else we can do to improve Regency Gardens to make it a better experience for you and our residents?
Paid for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom but one bedroom is completely use-able due to how thin the walls are and how Read Moreextremely loud our neighbor talks. You can hear EVERYTHING like they are right next to you. Not sure if they know we can hear all the things they talk about, but we lack privacy as well. That room is just a storage room now.

I am sorry about this issue. We have recently started sound proofing most of the units here on site. If your unit has been sound proofed, we would love to hear about it!
To many dogs not being cleaned up after they are allowed to go outside ... Need a designated place for the ani Read Moremals to be taken.

Also, we make sure the dog the stations have bags in them for resident use in picking up after their pets. If our residents can help us out to since we are not around 24/7 that would be greatly appreciated! The Staff is amazing. We were in the 3 bedroom townhome and there were a couple quirks I want to mention. #1 - Read More The closet space for the master is not very good. If you have a full closet, it is hard to open the door because you are running into clothes and hangers. And there is only the option to hang clothes on one side of the closet, the other side does not have a clothing bar. #2 - There is very minimal storage. You have an option to rent a storage closet, but it is not attached and pricey.

One thing that is really awesome is that maintenance requests are handled promptly. That's wonderful! My compl Read Moreaint is that the property is dirty: stairwells are dirty/dusty/trashy, lights don't work around the property, trash thrown around. It isn't that hard for someone to walk the property once a day to see what needs to be cleaned up, whether that's the nasty elevator or just some dusting in the stairwells.

Thanks for your feedback! Our maintenance is trained in depth and we hope to keep the turn around on work orders to 1-3 business days. Please bear with us as we are trying to clean up. We have gotten most of the lights on the property fixed. We also have the elevators cleaned twice a week.
