I moved here from up north and the office manager Erika did so much to answer all my questions and help me settle in. I has no idea what the apartments looked like when I got here and when I was so pleasantly surprised. My place is beautiful - awesome carpet, thick blinds, huge closet, modern kitchen. The grounds are amazing with lots of trees. There's even a lake and hiking trails across the street. I feel so safe here and its super quiet. I can't hear my neighbors so the walls must be nice and thick. When I needed maintenance to put in a shelf for me they were here right away. There's plenty of parking spaces and I never worry about my car. I've lived here a year and just signed another lease. I highly recommend it. So happy to call this place home!!

Everyone that I have come in contact in the office have exceptional when I have had questions or concerns. Also if I have a mainteance issue it is always made in timely fashion.

Too expensive for older, out-dated apartments. There is no assigned parking-so after 6 pm there is NO PARKING. I doubt all the cars are residents. We were told we'd get assigned parking in Nov. 2014- and still haven't gotten it. We frequently deal with ants and roaches.

Problems with maintenance trying to get by on doing the jobs correct before move in date. Outside lights on building do not work. There needs to be dog waste recepticals outside. It would help residents keep up with their dogs maintenance.
