    Hello! We met with Sam who gave us a tour and was wonderfully welcoming. They didn't have a show room available of the exact room we wanted but the one we were shown was pretty close and Sam was able to highlight all the differences pretty easily. I actually sent in the application this Saturday right after because this was the favorite after a whole day of touring. Im excited for the area around. It has shopping and restaurants all near by to walk to. And the free garage is a great perk. I also love their Spruce partnership so I can have housekeeping when needed. Can't wait to live here
