In our process of moving back to Texas from Louisiana, we reached out to many communities, Trinity Mills being one of them. There was quite a bit of correspondence with a woman by the name of Tina where we stating our desired floor plan and budget. We made a trip up to view properties. We arrived & called the office to let her know we were there, we had to wait outside which we thought might have to do with the current pandemic. Tina came outside, handed us a key & a property map directing us to the wrong size apartment. She then pointed with her finger where we needed to drive in order to find the correct size apartment, said to come back with the key when we were finished. We finally found the apartment, it was supposed to be move in ready-it was not. Sloppy work through out. We came back to the office, called and she came out, took the key and handed us a printed piece of paper stating the rent and different fees/charges both initial and monthly. These prices were not what we found online or what she had previously quoted us. She stated that the prices had just gone up bc all the prices in the area had gone up and that she'd told her office that 'we can't keep raising the prices on people during a pandemic'. When we mentioned listed/quoted prices, she claimed she'd quoted a price that was only $20 in difference of new price quoted, that was untrue. It was $100 in difference of price. We reminded her that wasn't in our budget, she was unconcerned. Every other community in the area we visited that day quoted us prices that were the same, very close to or lower than what was online or previously quoted-we were told due to the pandemic. These properties had beautiful units and were move in ready. The overall feeling of lack of professionalism, lack of care and lack of integrity we received from our visit with Trinity Mills let us know instantly that this community was not where we wanted to call home.

they never fixed the hot tub which I was told was being fixed when I moved in I lived there a year that would have made it an excellent rating. Had no other problems with them
