Horrible place to live. They tell you what you want to hear then bam after you live here for a month or so the allocate electic and you total pay out is 1grand for rent and elec... you put in work orders and all they do is mark them complete

Maintenance is a joke.....Maintenance requests are not addressed in a timely manner and no reimbursement for tenant repairs that are critical to living comfortably. Trash is all over the property and never picked up. Trash is visible from two of the busiest roads in College Station, Harvey Rd, and George Bush East. Parking is being enforced incorrectly. AMA towing company is a predatory towing company and they towed one of my guests when all the visitor spots were taken by tenants and about 25 resident spots were vacant over Christmas break. AMA Towing company is double charging victims($300) since they lost contract with the City of College Station and is making up for the loss by overcharging tenants. Burned buildings, trash everywhere, towing enforcement issues, no heat, no A/C without window units. No accountability on charges for electric usage, and vacant units have all the lights on 24/7. All of these issues have been brought up to the management on a number of occasions. Staff is VERY unprofessional!

I moved in late August. On the first day of move in my roommate and I submitted a work order for our washer since it does not work. It is now October and our washer is still not fixed. We are currently on our third submitted work order and have called regularly. In every conversation we are told the exact same thing- someone will be there this week. It has been seven weeks. Laundry mat trips are an unnecessary cost that we really shouldn't be paying for. Police cars are constantly here due to who knows what. Don't be fooled by the room model they show you. It doesn't look like that. The apartment itself is passable. Taking legal action seems to be the next step. The price may seem to make everything balance out, but you can definitely find something better for a decent price. Do yourself a favor and read the google reviews. They aren't lies.
