I sorry that you feel we are only worth one star, Was there items wrong with you apartment? If so please let me know so that we may address the issues for future residents.
My apartment was not ready for anyone to move in. They had a months notice that I was moving in but I still h Read Moread to have several different types of maintenance men in and out of my apartment for a month. There were still several problems with that place. My apartment had roaches since I moved in. I had pest control out there at least once a month and they never did go away.

I sorry that you are having a roach problem. But I'm not seeing any apartment that has had pest control in the apartment every month. Please contact the office so I can enter you for pest control.
These are not luxury apartments, they're a little old but $640 for a two bed one bath is pretty great. The mai Read Morentenance has been good, very prompt and fixed our broken AC the same day it broke. I was unable to respond to the email asking how they did so I wanted to include that they did a good job here. The myrtle trees are nice to look at. Some residents DO NOT bag their trash before dumping it and sometimes just throw it on the ground by the dumpster or at it. It's disgusting.

My apartment building was infested with german cockroaches. Every time I came home and turned on the lights, t Read Morehey would run and hide. I took pictures of them, adding up to well over one hundred roaches...and those are just the times I was able to get my phone out fast enough to capture them. I had to break my lease after 3 months it would so disgusting. I've kept in touch with residents there and continue to say roaches are being found in their food. I hope the issue can be taken seriously soon.

I would first like to say I apologize for any problems you may have had... We have gone through a major renovation and it did cause some pest issues however... Please inform your friend whos still a resident that we offer pest control for the property. Every Wednesday he is on property and will come treat our residents apartments at their request. We depend on our residents who see even one roach, report it to the office as to prevent any spread.
staff is not available a lot of times. office is closed a lot. turnover with office assistants. offers to r Read Moreeplace applicance with better one not done. slow response to requests.
