I would NOT recommend this place except to my worst enemy. Front office staff lacks any customer service and is rude. They are labeled as luxury apartment but being in the woodlands this is a far luxury. Residents immediately around our area are rude, the dog park is always nasty, and there is trash everywhere. Upon move out they nickel and dime you by saying we are a luxury apt so we can charge this. Say yourself frustration and go somewhere else

Harpers Retreat so much to say about this Apt complex and Staff! To make it short. I lived there for 16 months and I have to say I'm just very DISAPPOINTMENT with everything!!!! Plus, it is definitely NOT Luxury Apt!!!!!!!!!!!

We consider ourselves luxury apartments, and because of that, we only allow new residents to move in under pristine conditions. don't rent here. lady's that work here not know how to do their job or don't link working. took them two weeks to set up my phone number to the gate code. washer and dryer that come with the apartment don't work well at all. I know the apartments look nice but they are very cheaply made. Lady's are unhelpful not matter what the experience is. just a big heads up if you are looking for a apartment keep looking. I live here and regret it. all of the people that I have meet that live here regret and cant wait for the lease to be up.
