I am not happy with the amount of loud children that constantly surround my home. I am also not happy with the late hour those children stay outside every night. I also do not like the amount of paper that gets pushed through my door every other day. Sometimes, two or three notices have been in my door in one day. Also, the garbage is often outside of the bin until the collectors pick it up. It does not look attractive. The manager is nice and helpful but there is more that is negative.

Unresponsive management (maintenance issues not fixed in a timely manner). Grounds not maintained. Regular police activity due to gang-related crime and drug dealing. Unit was nice but everything else made the complex an unpleasant place to live.
