I went 5 weeks without hot water. The water heater went out. They kept trying to fix it with parts and it wouldnt work. Then i would wait on a new part they had to order then that one wouldnt work. Till they finally had to get me a new water heater.

Car got towed because I parked in the tow zone everyone parks in and others parked there for the next week and did not get towed

The Unit was fantastic and the location was great. The only real issues I ever had was with Management and getting large packages.

I loved the apartment. It was clean and the grounds were well kept. Staff was friendly and took care of maintenance issues quickly. My apartment was broken into during the day while I was working. I found out later that there had been other break ins and we were never notified about them. I did not like that at all.
