I have lived here for almost 3 years now and have love living here they helped with being my first step on my own and haven't had any major issues

Office personnel very nice abd friendly.

wish I could leave no stars on this place. honestly lived here for 7 years and something always went wrong. got off the phone with a Stephanie or whatever her name was earlier and she was telling me we will be fined for leaving a mattress by the dumpster (something everyone does there already without issue) and it'll be a 75 dollar charge despite being told by someone who claimed to be maintenance it was okay then she laughed at me about it and told me a different resident told her we left the mattress there. guess one person's word is better than mine in the first place. you don't laugh at people when they have issues and you certainly don't hang up on them and then ignore their calls when they want to make sure things go smoothly. glad I'm moving out and never looking back just wish I could get my years back from living in this place

I have lived here since 2017. Recently the management has changed and so has the standards. These apartments are old and they have mold in them. I know because I'm allergic to it. I have tried contacting the office for 2 weeks with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I have sent 2 emails and left voice-mail. Whenever I have stopped by, no one is in the office. And the rent I used to pay has increased which is to be expected but make this make sense... my rent from 2017 to 2021 has been $725. 2021 increased to $800, some months being $832, then $854...because now we have extra expenses...trash, water and adding internet to already existing leases without notification which changed my rent to $960. All theses changes occuring over a span of 5 months....inconsistant. So now online this same apartment unit is over $1,000 to rent with no upgrades. I don't say this to just complain but we are paying more for less and I'm still in an apartment where my skin is burning. YES, I'm moving and I do not recommend this complex. This community used to be great, but this breaks my heart. You can truly tell it is not about the tenants anymore.
