    The large basket ball park does not allow pets even though its the only area large enough for dogs to run around. Monthly pet rent is $10 dollars plus $500 dollar deposit.

    overall it is good, however they do not enforce community rules effectively (Dog waste is not picked up and they do nothing to enforce both the public law or their apartment policy on it). Also, they are not very keen on long-term vs. short term rental agreements. They charged less per month for a 6 month lease than a 12 month lease. This goes in the face of logic. spreading out the amount difference of the six month lease over 12 months would have netted the same money but given an incentive.

    Need better notification/preparation for remodeling (had to leave because of excessive fumes), shut off of utilities (water), and pest control (still getting ants, roaches, etc.). Parking is also an issue. The in/out signs are placed right at eye level, so it's impossible to see oncoming traffic when exiting the parking lot.
