Summer House is the best place to live. Awesome staff and great maintenance. The application process was quick and easy and they had something for me to move in quickly, The apartments are upgraded and come with garages and the community is quiet and sweet.

Really love this apartment, only place around where I could find a garage that fits my needs. Great neighbors, near shopping, work and parks. Checks all my boxes. Staff have been friendly and responsive.

terrible place to live. The staff are incompetent, they are downright scumbags. They will show you a demo property and the place you move into will look nothing like it you will pay extra for "renovated" when its actually just fake granite counter tops and one wall knocked down. The place is infested with mold, there are dogs all over and dog poop pretty much everywhere. They will take months to fix anything and if you try to keep up with them you will get lease violation for "disrupting business practices" and 'disturbing others" or a whole manner of other fabricated issues. Its incredibly overpriced, old, and the people who work there come judgment day will be regretting the way they treat others.

This place is overrun by dogs. If you like barking barking and howling all day and night you will like it here.
