I have been staying at the Bel Air Keystone apartments for almost 3 years. I have never had a single issue with the office management. The 3 maintenance guys that work there are honest, trustworthy, quick, and easy to work with. If you have a issue with your air conditioner, they are arrive very fast. I have asked them to change my batteries in my smoke detectors and each time they were happy to that as long as I provided my own batteries. Each day they clean the apartment complex from any trash that was accidentally dropped anywhere on the property. The only reason for me to leaving was that my new job has taken me to long for the commute. There is almost 0% crime in the apartment complex. They will not rent to people that have criminal backgrounds, which I am thankful. It is a gated community and gates will be closed unless you have a clicker to open the gates to enter, at the same time the change the guest codes to the gates every so often for good security and to allow your guest to come over and to visit without issues. However, your guest needs to park in visitor parking and to register on their phone through a app for security as well as to keep people from coming to the community and dumping their cars without registering. They do enforce towing for these guests that don't register, this is NOT a bad thing. You do not want rift raft coming to the property and just park anywhere, which keeps the bad element out. If it was not for changing my job and needing to leave, I would not have moved from the property. I feel safe and secure there. Which is a very important factor to anyone living in a apartment community. I highly recommend this property to rent. No issues!!

My neighbors are loud and trashy. My rent is always skyrocketing and the property isn't even that nice. The maintenance men ignore you. It's been frustrating. The property manager and one of the front office staff, DJ is really nice, but other than that, I get attitude or ignored. To pay nearly 1000$ a month to live on the 3rd floor, it's not worth it. After 3 leases and every payment on time, I'm now considering moving.

After I resigned my lease my water and trash price went up without me being notified as well as they added renters insurance on and did not notify me of the changes, maintenance request i have put in have never been fulfilled. Visitors are parking in resident parking which leaves the residents walking afar to get to our building. Stephanie is always very combative and I dont feel comfortable talking with her

They keep the apartment complex clean and the maintenance staff responds quickly to requests. Also, the front office staff are very knowledgeable in what they are doing and the nicest team I have had the pleasure of knowing.
