You can only speak to people in the leasing office up until you sign the lease. Then youll bombard them with emails and calls but will never be able to speak to anyone. Constant break ins. Constant vehicle thefts. Constant packages being stolen. Amenities listed on their website that dont exist. There are much better communities close by. Avoid at all cost

I am moving out in a month. I've been here 18 months. Normally everything is great. But big issues now with property cleanliness. Pets that people don't clean up after. The pools have water that I think City of Dallas pool inspector would fail. But.... they say over and over, no it's good. It's clean. There is no way I'm using these pools. Before you sign a lease, just look for yourself. You cannot have pool parties here. But it's included in your rent. My 30% increase would have plenty paid for a nice pool. Can't even do that.

Too many non residents parking overnight in resident parking to where it's difficult to find a spot sometimes when I come home late from Work

Very friendly staff . Great location! Super pet friendly and right next to the dog park. I have enjoyed may stay so far.

overall I like the place. The staff is great. I hate that the residents don't pick up after there dogs. I have dogs myself and pick up.
