The other low-class, loudly disrespectful, tenants and old buildings with poor electrical wiring & thin walls are what make this complex unbearable to live in. Mgmt continually sends annoying threatening notices to ALL tenants on issues (trash leave out, mail pickup, rec. rm. use) caused by low-class tenants that don't comply. The only redeeming quality is that office staff really do try to be as helpful as possible with your maintenance needs.

The management is great the apts are very quite close to downtown surrounded by lots of nice stores and restuarants ive enjoiyed living here

I lived at Grand Estates at Kessler Park for a little over 2 years and for the most part I enjoyed living there for the most part. There was some turn around in the office staff while I lived there and the newer staff members were not as good as the original team. The newer staff forgot to process maintenance request on multiple occasions and were not very personable or professional. I ultimately moved due to rent increases (from $614 to $715+ within a 2 year period) and office staff changes.

Aside from being promised a garage and never getting one, I had a wonderful living experience here. The garage was the reason I could not give them an excellent. Management is great, maintenance staff is wonderful, as long as you're not all the way I'm the back, neighbors were great.

Overall I never had an issue with noisy neighbors, maintenance was always prompt the grounds always looked well kept. I would say the only drawback is the rent cost itself. I was paying $1050 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom although it was worth it seeing as my garage was directly connected to my apartment I would've stayed if rent was a little less. I would be aware of one office employee whom I had multiple issues with one of which included my car almost being towed by mistake due to his negligence
