the apartments are fine, nice and close to downtown & deep ellum and pretty quiet. the office staff is terrible. they barely answer the phone and when they do you either get Cher or Anthony (community manager) both of whom should probably find a different profession given that they apparently hate answering questions residents might have regarding the place they live. if you need a personable and quick help i’d recommend speaking to Andi!

I had a tour with one of the leasing agent. Her name is share. She really professional. After my lease is up at my current apartment, I’m definitely scheduling my move in. Thank share for your time today.

Disappointed in the service they provided me as an apartment locator and makes me fear for my clients living here moving forward. Not only did I call and email to make the appointment for my clients but at no point at either of those interactions did they let me know I had to be present on tour to be compensated for my time. Most properties are either upfront about it being required to tour or allow locators to not be present. I am currently not in town for personal reasons and am stuck states away and was not able to make it to the tour or I would have been there as I love touring with my clients. My client ended up leasing at the property and the property after the fact let me know that I would not be compensated for my time because I was not on the tour itself even though I have proof that I was working with my client and even scheduled the tour with them. This to me is suspicious and if they are willing to do this to apartment locators who knows what they will do to tenants while living on property. I am going to be blacklisting this property but something to be on the look out to other locators or potential residents as it sounds like they will refrain from providing information to get what they want till it is too late. Very Disappointing.

Move-in was smooth. The minor issues that I had were immediately addressed quickly by maintenance. Richard and Andy at the office has been tremendous and helpful so far. They’ve been available to assist with any questions I have, and their service has been great so far. I’m hoping that their service doesn’t change at all over time as that does add to the overall living experience of the residents. I’m looking forward to enjoying my residence here!

Most of the time, I dread going to the office. In this case, I must say- it’s not true. The team at Encore SAA, are so incredibly nice. Jenny is warm & welcoming. She’s been an incredible ambassador for this property. If I find myself with a problem or question, they are quick to respond. I really appreciate not having to dread, going to the office.

Love my new apartment! Wish I could give the staff an 11/10 rating - so kind and helpful. Moved from across the country and the staff took away so much of the stress. Highly recommend Encore Swiss Ave!!
