My boyfriend and I have lived here since Oct 2016. We initially loved the apartment at first but everything started to go downhill from there. For example, the alarms would frequently go off during the first year I lived here. Alarms would go off at least twice a month. Sometimes twice in a day. Even though Ill admit it has improved, it would still go off at least twice a month during winter months so dont be surprised if it happens. Dont ask the staff about this, ask the people that actually live here. We wont lie to you. Speaking of noise, if your apartment faces the pool, expect yourself to wake up to noises of drunk residents singing/laughing at 2-3AM. I have called the security officers multiple times but they dont ever seem to answer the phone. Another concern is that the 5th floor smells like a feed shop for the past year. Only the 5th floor. Owners have been letting their dogs urinate and stool in the hallways/stairways/elevators and not come back to clean the mess. The leasing office has been sending emails to warn owners, but its been a year and I still feel like I stepped into a barn every time I leave my apartment. If youre interested in checking the apartment out, you will soon change your mind after the elevator opens up to the 5th floor. The leasing office does not care for their residents. They will act like they do but they truly dont. Please everyone. Dont be a fool like me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Your money is better off someplace else. The leasing office switches out their staff almost every 6 months so when you do get the chance the meet someone from the office, expect yourself to speak to a completely different person in a few months. If their staff cant even last working here for a year, why should you live here for that long?
