I just moved into the reserve apartments about a month ago, I have a two bedroom two bath one bathroom works, most of my outlets dont work, I have shelves in my kitchen cabinets that have not been hooked on and worst of all when me and my husband was cleaning our apartment for ourselves in the kitchen above the counters. We found food, ants and roaches that look like its been there for weeks or months and since I moved in, Ive seen about 15 roaches and at the time we did not have our belongings out of storage for us to have brought it with us. My husband went to leasing office before the first of the month, Ive called and went in person and I still havent heard from the head manager or the apartment management company. I dont understand how they will let someone move in to An apartment like this, my mouth is on the floor. They will make the apartment look as good as possible with minimalistic work and have you move into any old thing. After the holiday, I will be contacting the Texas renters association. Because this cant be life!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!!

Steer clear of this complex. Worst neighbors ever experienced, dog excrement everywhere, urine filled pool (dozens of 'guests') overrun by kids who don't live there, horrible maintenance, Section 8 tenants. I could go on but suffice to say you've been warned.

Awful management. Dont work with you when lease renews. Over charge fees even if you just transfer to another unit. Sunridge management is all about their money and not tenants. Its impossible to even speak to them they never return your calls. The answer will be NO to everything .

Great location on the lake. Decent community of tenants in a wonderful part of Dallas. Unfortunately the good ends there. Advertised prices for units are like 40% less than what they actually will place you in a unit for. Awkward three story narrow units with postage stamp-sized kitchen. Inferior upgrades that include: too much water added to paint that has left streaks on the walls, improperly sealed and installed cheap granite countertops that literally change color when exposed to water, and torn, chewed on, and gapped baseboards on top of cheap faux wood linoleum floors. The upgrades, dont add enough value to deem their insistence on raising the rent for the unit from 1175 to 1899 in three years. Managers are impersonal, short with others, and passive aggressive probably from being unreasonably pressured by corporate, under trained, and in charge of such a massive property. Dog food right at your front doorstep from lazy owners, and poor insulation on second floor.
