DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!We have lived here for 9 months, and we have had our cars broken into 3 times inside there parking garage!!! We have police reports that have been turned into the office and clearly they don't care. These were the options given to us to be able to leave here.. Standard Lease Termination FeesOption 1 One time fee to cancel the lease60 Days notice = $2234Termination Fee = $2234Total Fees = $4468 Option 2 Upfront fees due and Accelerated rent will vary based on when the unit is re-occupied.60 days notice = $2234Reletting Fee = $949.45Accelerated Rent through 12/19/17 = $1601 (11/6 would be 60 days if notice is given today 9/8 Accelerated rent starts on 11/7-12/19 which is 43 days This is worst case scenario)Total Fees = $4784.45 Reduced Lease Termination Fees We can offer this with a signed release agreement.60 Days notice = $2234 (I will allow you to back date your notice to 9/1 through 10/31 as long as notice is given before Monday 9/11)Reletting Fee = $949.45Total Fees = $3183.45 (You have already paid September rent so the actual additional amounts owed are October rentSo after having to repair 3 windows and valuables that were stolen from our cars. We still have to pay to leave!!! Seriously they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Besides being broken into there is homeless people that break in and hang out at the pool on multiple occasions!! Pictures are provided!! Also don't park on the streets if you're visiting there is broken glass from other's vehicles that have been broken into!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

Avana West Lemmon is a solid apartment complex! It is pretty close to school (UT Southwestern is about a 7-10 minute drive) and the community is tight knit. It is also close enough to uptown and local grocery stores/restaurants. The apartment was not very clean when we moved in so that did not make a good first impression. However, the leasing office is very helpful and the other residents of the community are very friendly. Would recommend!
