Timberglen

Sara is the worst manager i have ever seen in my life. I went to her and complain about how they charge us unaware. Also on how we make Maintenance requests and is being 5 week nothing was done about our toilet that water is getting behind the toilet. How can we be paying for an apartment and not enjoy it. We have lots and lots of roaches everywhere since day one we moved in. I told Sara i can't wait for our last day at Timberglen apt. She told me i can go and bring my 30 days notice and move. The rest of the team were laughing at me as i was walking out. Sara need to be fired because all she does is smoke and you can never find her in her office. She is always stepping out. Worst apt ever. I will continue to tell friend and plp not to move in.

I moved in May of 2018 and it has been a great experience.Sara and all the staff are eager to help whatever the problem you may have.They just updated the property,so everything looks and feels like a brand new apartment complex.The location is great, from Grocery stores to restaurants.I Highly reccomend this complex if you want a nice place to live without going broke paying rent!

We are overall happy at timberglen. The management is nice and also helpful. If you have a maintenance problem, they come pretty quickly. I would recommend it to a friend who was moving

I enjoy living at Timberglen and have for about 17 years. Overall it is a good neighborhood to live in.
