The square footage is great for the price. I loved the 50's charm to the place. My utilities bills were low compared to others places I've lived. I never had a pet rent and my pet deposit was very low compared to other places. There were a few problems with billing where I was charged for something I shouldn't have been because of miscommunication between the complex and the property owners, but I never had a problem getting it resolved.

When and if I had a problem management was there asap to fix or repair. Even went beyond my expectations when it came to getting things fixed.

Poor management. There was mold growth in the bathroom and it took weeks of back and forth calls with the management to get them to come fix the problem. When they did come "fix" it, they only scrapped the mold off the wall and painted over it. They did not remove any drywall to get to the interior of the wall that was extensively water damaged. The maintenance crew did not clean up after themselves, and left my bathroom wrecked. The mold ended up coming back within days.

The management is unorganized and lazy. They bill you late and provide no sort of customer support. They "lost" my 60 day notice and forwarding address, and then hired a collection company to harass me. When I asked them to provide me with a statement of charges owed they ignored the request and tried to report the "debt owed" to the credit companies. The complex started off clean and friendly on day one but quickly went downhill. I should have trusted all the negative reviews I read.

While the rent was within my budget, and the location was exactly where I wanted to be. I found myself with a horrible flea problem. Which they did exterminate for, but I continued with have another kind of problem. There was a serious mold problem in the bathroom, that when informed of the problem all they did was paint over it. I was not pleased.
