The inside temperature at 3:35am is 87. Requested maintenance 11 times still the problem exists. Please do yourself a favor DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Instead of painting over the base boards just replace it. Paint is peeling and there is space betwen the wall and boards.

The second pool should have not have been closed. It would be nice to have a fitness center.

I definitely think I should have received a complimentary carpet clean or upgrade to my appliances with an increase of $115 to renew my lease. I understand market rates very well but it has felt as though I've gotten nothing for the extra $1200+ I've paid this last year.

I am not happy with of how you increase your rent in larger increments. If you have good tenants, you should try and keep them.

The inside of my apartment ceiling is cracking and the paint is peeling off. The 1/2 bathroom sink is cracking. Bathroom tub needs to be recaulked. Have the staff to notify tenants when one trash can is full go to the nearest one instead of laying the trash on the side because it makes the complex look bad.
