I think the units are very nice however the leasing agent was not helpful nor happy to help! Even if I have a housing voucher or not I am still a potential tenant that is polite clean and never rude! Please find people that actually want to help tenants find a new home

My family moved into these apartments less than six months ago. First, the pictures do not even come close to what you get. The whole complex follows the landlord's special rules. At least once a week (sometimes more), they shut the water off. This is a long-standing issue, as per the other reviews. No hot water for bathing. Repairs have not been met promptly ( pending months now, including many safety issues). What repairs are completed are terrible (for example, Drywall just screwed to the ceiling to cover a water leak from upstairs). When asked about repairs and numerous safety issues, excuses but nothing being done (including not using a bedroom due to broken windows and flooding). My family has asked several times about the flooding and black mold, but that has yet to be tested or addressed. Before you make your customary rebuttal statement, repairs have been brought to management's attention several times, including in writing. Minimal of these repairs have been made. There is no excuse for your tenants' lack of care, safety, and concern. I have contacted the city for an inspection on these issues and will seek legal assistance.

I have lived her for months with horrible office staff and maintenance guys. We had not had water pressure for months and unable to take showers. And ive had a hole from a leak for months and every time I called or went to the office no one was available and couldn't give me any answers other then "were working on it" We got a new manager Yonica. Immediately you can tell she knows what she is doing not like everyone else in that office. With one meeting that she was willing to have she explained and took the time to talk to me. The water was fixed that I and other residents have been complaining about for months. And just by driving in you can tell, theres less trash everywhere and maintenance guys look like they are actually working. I still have things in my apartment needing to get done, but I feel so much better cause I now trust that someone does care and things are in the process. I was dreading having to move- but im comfortable with staying now. Especially since its close to my job and things seem to be getting done now. And much better. New manager is friendly and always walking around with workers
